MetLife Stadium is a unique stadium located at the Meadowlands Sports Complex. Everyone at Sky60 attended EDC! What can I say about EDC? Had a blast at my first, on my way to EDC Vegas 2014!! Weather heldout for us the two days.25 to 30 Celsius:) Mikayla from Calgary.you girls did Canada proud! Party on and will lookout for you at next event! LOL.Both of the New York City NFL franchises play their home games in… New Jersey. It was easy enough to travel back and forth to attend the best music sets! For those attending their first EDC Orlando from out of town and want to hit a club with good electronic music as a prelude to EDC, checkout Sky60 roof top lounge. The two main stages were separated by fields and food stations, water refill stations and general store for EDC. Coconuts was great! Say hello to Julie from the crazy Canadians for us! Coconuts has a great happy hour! ) Tinker Field beside the Citrus bowl was a perfect location for Electric Daisy Carnival. Rented a car & drove to Cocoa beach, which is 1 hour, all the way east on Colonial Drive SR50, past all the tolls. Budget Rental car across the street, a block west. Beer and snacks at the corner gas station. Great staff and owners, really helpful ! Greasy spoon restaurant next door, not great, but will do in pinch. Hotel was cheap and convenient and by Friday was soldout because of EDC participants. Stayed at the Best Western 2014 West Colonial drive, which is walking distance to Citrus Bowl. Enjoy yourself it is one of the biggest in Florida. Hmmm $10 for a 22oz or $9 (at other stadiums) for a $16 oz. So before you complain about the beer prices (like I read on here) do the math. The beers were $10 but they weren't the 12 oz or 16oz ones you get at other stadiums. We had a blast even though we got creamed. Do your homework before you complain. The orange bowl in Miami was in the 'hood' and no one complained about that one and all they do is say how much they miss it! It's nice inside and serves it's purpose.

Almost all college and pro stadiums are in the 'hood'. Think about that part before you complain there are no seat backs! Omg I just wanna laugh at you complainers. Bench seating is way better than hard seats with backs because you can move around and never have some persons arms hanging on your arm rest touching you all game. The orange bowl didn't and no one complained about seat backs there! A real college venue has bleacher style seats like high schools do. Hello? Real college stadiums DO NOT have seat backs. One person complained there are no bench backs. Much better than pro venue especially the dolphins stadium. There are 50,000 people using the bathroom after drinking alcohol and bathrooms are not made to be clean. Did you forget you were not going to a nail salon or a doctors office? Of course the bathrooms are going to be semi-dirty. One person said the bathrooms were dirty. I read the reviews of the stadium bored 1 night and I cannot believe you negative people on here. Ok I went to the canes blowout game here Saturday. Maybe Capital One should look for a different venue.

I guess without a professional team or a permanent college team, you can not expect too much. It was not a great neighborhood, but was close and available. There were many parking entrepreneurs ready to assist you with private parking. After several blocked transporation routes, we happened on to W. Parking was also very hard to figure out. Just a little bit of preparation would have been more professional.

I also noticed on the first series of downs, the stadium announcer called someone else's name as the ball carrier three times, and also mispronounced the quarterback's name. People would be looking up at the screen waiting for the replay, and left scratching their heads. Big plays or questionable calls were about half the time never shown. They had a just barely adequate big screen for watching instant replays, but the use of the screen was very puzzling. The bathrooms were also very out of date, fortunately that is not a big part of the experience. One thing I did like was that the seat numbers were clearly bounded so that the little space you did have was yours. The seating was very crowded, and must have been designed based on the average size of people in the early 1900's. It is too bad, that a huge tourist destination like Orlando, has such an out of date stadium.
